Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your shades in their original flamingo-approved packaging.
Ship and Relax
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 7-10 business days.
